This afternoon, I went to the store in the La Maquinista shopping center to request that some hooks be placed in a bag. The employee, Sofi, told me they couldn't perform the service because, according to her, they didn't have the necessary machine. However, when I returned to the same store an hour later, I was assisted by another very friendly colleague, who resolved the problem with complete care and professionalism, despite Sofi's initial refusal.

I'm not going back, not even crazy! The last one I bought cost me more than €20 (according to the tempered glass saleswoman, who doesn't even believe it herself...) and literally two weeks later it's scratched to bits, and some parts have come loose due to the heat. For that, I'll go to any local store; they're of the same quality and cost half the price or less.

Good afternoon, last week I bought a case for my screen. The saleswoman quoted me a price, and when I went to the register to pay, it was a different amount. I paid without a problem and requested a complaint form. After a 30-minute wait, both the saleswoman and the manager responded. We don't have one now. Come back another day to get it, adding that they are very rude when speaking. I hope whoever it may concern has complaint forms, as it is mandatory. Please train those people to be polite to customers, as they will represent your brand. I was also able to print a form online and file a complaint.
